What personal data we collect and why we collect it?
- When customers enroll for a course, we collect the data shown in the enrollment form and checkout form. It includes customer name, contact information (email ID, contact number and billing address), IP address, and browser user agent string. This data is collected to provide access to the course and lessons.
- When customers request for online ayurvedic consultation, we collect the data shown in the online ayurvedic consultation form. It includes patient name, contact information (email ID, contact number and billing address), medical history and answers to ayurvedic analysis questionnaire shown on the form. We use this data to provide ayurvedic consultation.
- When you contact us, we collect data that you provide us in your email. We use this data to reply to your queries.
- We process the payment with PayPal and WooCommerce Payments. Your use of PayPal is subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You should check these policies and terms on the PayPal website. We do not store any information regarding your credit or debit card and bank details.
- We also use Google ReCAPTCHA on our website and services. Your use of Google ReCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. ReCAPTCHA is only used to fight spam and abuse.
- When you submit query or question through our course forum or course message, we receive contact information and your message. This information is used to reply to your query.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
